Our production planners specialize in absorbing your event or convention service process and packaging it in a consistent, repeatable form — the event tour.
Creative Services
To create the look of your event tour, we have all creative services available to create thematic elements to make your packaged events look exciting, consistent, professional and custom.
- Video Production — Videography, Editing, Animation, Compositing and Duplication. If it’s on video, we can produce it all.
- Audio Production — we’ll record it, edit it, mix it, synch it and duplicate it.
- Staging Pre-production — for custom productions which need room and lighting design.
- Custom Setpieces — for truly unique productions we will design and fabricate set pieces to fit your room designs.
Production Management
Once your event tours are planned, and the coordination of the design and creative services is completed, we will oversee all on-site administration of staging, and coordination of production staff.
Audience Response Systems
Molecular Media is proud to be able to provide audience response systems using Option Power from Option Technologies . This state-of-the-art package runs within Powerpoint for true consistency in design with your presentations. The system also supports real-time graphing, including cross-tabulation. Data output can be provided in many formats, including Excel and CSV.
The system allows for up to 18,000 keypads in one room, or up to 3750 keypads in 15 simultaneous, but separately polled rooms.
